Hy-Rib is a high-ribbed, sacrificial formwork solution engineered
for superior performance in large-scale concrete construction. Made
from galvanised expanded metal mesh, Hy-Rib ensures durability and

Its unique ribbed design promotes excellent aggregate interlock,
delivering enhanced joint strength and long-lasting concrete
durability.
This versatile formwork system is suitable for both horizontal and
vertical placements and eliminates the need for extensive surface
preparation, such as scabbling. Its high visibility during concrete
pours enables precise visual monitoring, reducing the risk of voids

1. The formwork is very lightweight,about 11kg/sqm, It can easily
be carried by 1-2 workers.
2.The formwork is cost effective compared to other construction
systems.

5.It remains in the construction to reinforce it after the concrete
is poured.
After the panel placed,concrete is poured inside,excess water is
eliminated by gravity through the grids.The fluid concrete becomes
semi solid decreasing pressure against the grids.
